we use thicker bubble-wrap (130YEN per meter) for fragile items such as CDs.

Additionally, we carefully package magazines, posters
And clothes to avoid damage during shipping.

we first place the items inside a plastic bag before packing for shipping.

Q) How heavy can Air Mail (SAL) be?

A) Air Mail (SAL) can be up to 2kg. Furthermore, magazines are allowed up to 5kg
so no need to worry about your package being too heavy with magazines.

 

Q) I am a Fan Club member - if I pay an extra 450YEN, will you ship out my FC goods via Registered Air Mail?

A) Yes of course. We will safely ship out your items via Registered Air Mail.
